Hi there, Lozman! My apologies for messaging in English, as I do not speak any Russian. I'm writing to inform you of an overly-large IP range block that is applied to this wiki. If you look at [https://ru.wikiquote.org/w/index.php?target=2000::/3&namespace=all&tagfilter=&start=&end=&limit=50&title=Служебная:Вклад this link], you will see that the IP range 2000::/3 was blocked by [[User:QBA-bot]] in June of 2018. I bring this to your attention because of two reasons. First, blocking that range blocks literally every single IPv6 address that is currently allocated on the planet. Second, this block is larger than the $wgBlockCIDRLimit variable on this wiki, and as a result, does not take effect. I would recommend removing the block, and investigating why [[User:QBA-bot]] blocked the entire IPv6 internet from ru.wikiquote. Thanks for reading, and have a great day!
